why is so hard to say no..

i have a bad habbit: hard to say no..
even though all my heart wants to say no to ones request..
my other bad charachter, is wanting to please so many people..
ok, at big glance this character sometimes seams good..
but so many times i have to surrender my own will to let others happy..

need to be more consistent when making up my mind so many people will not get confused :(
